Born and raised in Bengaluru, I have spent more than 45 years watching the city grow from a garden city into a thriving urban hub. Along with that growth came increasingly complex challenges for apartment societies and plotted developments.
After a rewarding career of more than 25 years in the global BPO and outsourcing industry across India, the Philippines, and the United States, I stepped away from the corporate world in 2023 to pursue a new found passion & purpose – Community Service.
Over the past few years, I have worked in management committee & administrative roles within housing societies & experienced similar challenges. From Handover Takeover delays, Staff performance and training needs, unavailability of data or reports to make critical decisions, maintenance or operational issues & lack of time to focus on sustainable energy solutions for future of our communities. Its time RWA's needed structured processes, professional expertise, operational discipline, & most of all, personal time commitment of elected members to thrive just like any startup or a successful Org expects.
That conviction inspired the launch of (WAO) Welfare Association Org Consulting under the Help Me Solve ecosystem in 2026. Our mission is simple:
